Fatima Raeese established Raeese Legal on the principle that access to justice should be attainable for all. She approaches each matter with precision, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence. With experience in both criminal and civil law, Fatima has worked within boutique and large-scale law firms, bringing a diverse skill set and strategic insight to her practice. She is dedicated to delivering effective, client-focused legal solutions with integrity and care.

Outside of the firm, Fatima judges undergraduate moot competitions and tutors English.

During her free time, Fatima enjoys looking at interior design inspiration and art, and spending time with family, friends, and her two cats – Cucu and Piku.

With over a decade of work experience in both the public and private sectors, Kiarash brings a passion for administration and precision to our team and your case. Having graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Global Political Studies from York University (Summa Cum Laude) in June of 2025, Kiarash is making his debut in the legal field.

An aspiring lawyer himself, Kiarash is currently preparing for the LSAT and is eager to gain practical experience in the legal field. Whether it’s in the classroom or in the office, he prides himself on accuracy and diligence. He is delighted to work for Raeese Legal and be a part of our professional family.
